Whilst we understand that these awards tend to mean more to the team here at the dealership than they do to our customers, we feel very proud that we have been recognized for the efforts we have put in to making the experience of purchasing and servicing a Volkswagen as pleasurable and as easy as we can, and we want to share our delight with you. Just to give you a brief overview of the criteria for winning this award; it’s based on three main points; the Service Department, Customer Satisfaction and the overall dealership. Our Service Department contributed through a blend of technical competence, customer focus and business management, with the department taking the ‘Autotechniker’ Award for Technician and Apprentice, and the ‘Auto Experter’ Award given to our Parts Department. In the area of Customer Satisfaction, Miles Continental was recognized for having quality processes and a strong customer relations focus on Sales and After Sales Service as well as achieving the highest ‘International standards Organisation’ ranking of any Volkswagen dealership in New Zealand. The overall dealership was recognized for a combination of all facets of the business, from being people focused and at the same time being surrounded by solid processes, and most importantly, always focusing on the customer and their interaction with the dealership.
