How We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself for things such as entering an online contest, placing an order, signing up for email updates. We may use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and share with our advertising agencies. For example, we may tell an advertising agency that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to personally identify those individuals.

If you choose to register or receive products or materials from us, or to otherwise give us personal information, we may store some or all of that personal information and use it for marketing research and marketing purposes.

We will never sell your personal information to any other company.

In the event of a criminal investigation or a suspected illegal activity, we may be required by law enforcement agencies to share certain personal information.

Privacy Policy

This site uses the ClickTale customer experience analytics service. The ClickTale service helps us analyse how visitors use our Website. We do not collect through the ClickTale service or transfer to ClickTale any personal identifiable information. We only use the ClickTale service to record, on a completely anonymous basis, information such as mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling activity as well as non-Personally Identifiable Information text you type in this website. ClickTale does not create a user profile for the purpose of tracking a user across unrelated web sites and will only use such information pursuant to its Privacy Policy (located at http://www.clicktale.com/privacy_service.aspx). You can choose to disable the ClickTale service at http://www.clicktale.net/disable.html.


Service Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

Service offers are not open to trade and commercial customers and only available for privately owned Volkswagen, and ŠKODA passenger vehicles unless otherwise stated on promotional material. All service offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer unless stated.

2. Promotional Periods

Service offer promotional periods are stated on promotional material and are not open for negotiation unless by prior arrangement with Miles Continental Service Manager, David Morris.

3. Exceptions

Any promotional offer including a supply of oil is only valid for up to 5 litres of oil. Any amount required over this volume will be charged for separately.

4. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Redemption of a promotional offer deems understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Should any dispute arise that cannot come to a satisfactory conclusion to both parties, the offer will be null and void and a customer will be charged the full amount unless otherwise arranged with Miles Continental's Service Manager.

5. Availability

Bookings and parts are subject to availability. In the event that either are unavailable, a suitable alternative to the same value will be provided at Miles Continental's discretion. 
Actual services and parts may vary from those used in imagery on promotional material. Please confirm at time of redemption if in any doubt.

6. Promotion Specific Conditions

Conditions specific to promotions will be included on promotional material unless otherwise stated. Extra conditions for 'FREE WOF' promotions include those below:
  • 6.1 Free WOF can only be redeemed for customer's own vehicle and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Vehicle must fall under eligibility criteria under 'Eligibility' section above. 
  • 6.2 The term 'free' applies only to the standard WOF inspection cost and does not apply to any extra services, parts, labour or otherwise that may come about as the result of a failed WOF inspection.
These conditions are subject to change without notice.

Volkswagen Service Advantage

Not all services are the same. Price variances across the indicated schedule are due to the inclusion of one or more of the additional service items i.e. Airfilter, DSG transmission service, Haldex final drive (4 motion only) service and spark plugs (petrol only). These items are required either time or mileage dependant as per the factory service schedule and are not required at every service. Contact us to find out more about your service requirements.

All new petrol vehicles shown are subject to additional On Road Costs of $1,395 which includes GST, 12 months registration, full tank of fuel, 3 years WOF, 3 years factory warranty, 3 years Roadside Assistance, genuine floor mats (excludes commercial), professional groom and pre delivery inspection.

All new diesel passenger vehicles shown are subject to additional On Road Costs of $1,495 which includes GST, 12 months registration, full tank of fuel, 3 years WOF, 3 years factory warranty, 3 years Roadside Assistance, genuine floor mats (excludes commercial), professional groom and pre delivery inspection. All diesel vehicles also have the first 3,000km Road Users Charges included.

All new diesel commercial vehicles shown are subject to additional On Road Costs of $1,595 which includes GST, 12 months registration, full tank of fuel, 3 years WOF, 3 years factory warranty, 3 years Roadside Assistance, professional groom and pre delivery inspection. This offer applies to selected Volkswagen models (please confirm with our team) and is based on a Credit Agreement over 12 months at a fixed annual interest rate of 0% p.a. You pay a 50% deposit of the recommended retail price of the vehicle, including the on road costs ($1,250 for petrol or $1,500 for diesel), an establishment fee of $275 and a $10 PPSR fee. The remaining 50% is payable in 12 months time. Offer is only available through Volkswagen Finance, is subject to its lending criteria and is available until 31 March 2017 or while stocks last.

ŠKODA Two Years Free Fuel Offer:

This offer has been calculated based on a variety of factors to identify the average cost of fuel required to complete the average distance a New Zealander drives a car over a two year period. The calculations draw heavily from New Zealand Government sources. On average, New Zealanders drive 28,000km every two years, according to government sources as at December 2016. Fuel prices and combined cycle fuel economy figures utilise data from official government sources as at December 2016. The offer is available on all new ŠKODA vehicles purchased through the Authorised Dealer Network between January 1 2017 and 28 February 2017. Once you have purchased the vehicle, you will receive your fuel card/s which will have a pre-set amount loaded onto it, depending on the vehicle you purchase. Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer and does not apply to major fleet purchases, business or fleet vehicles, and excludes all custom ordered vehicles. Fuel is provided nationwide through the Z Energy network of fuel stations. Fuel consumption figures according to ADR81/02 derived from laboratory testing.
