New Vehicle Warranty

Every new Volkswagen comes with a 5-year/150,000-kilometre warranty* as standard. That’s 5 years of protection and peace of mind.

Used Vehicle Extended Warranty*

If your existing warranty is about to expire, an extended  Volkswagen Used Vehicle Warranty provides a range of cover options to ensure peace of mind and added protection.

This Used Vehicle Warranty can be purchased for either a 12, 24, or 36 month period and includes the following benefits:

  • Unlimited kilometres
  • Market-leading claim allowance of $10,000
  • Excess of $350 if serviced by a Volkswagen authorised dealer, or $500 if not serviced by a Volkswagen authorised dealer
  • Complimentary Volkswagen Roadside Assistance
  • Ensures only genuine new replacement parts are used during repairs

That’s why this warranty includes 24/6 Roadside Assistance, which provides you with options should your vehicle take more than 24 hours to repair and you’re more than 100km away from home.

In this event, we will provide:

  • Transport to the nearest authorised Volkswagen dealer.
  • Up to 3 nights accommodation for yourself and those travelling with you.
  • Or a rental car for up to three days or alternative ground transport home or on to your destination.
