The 2023 Volkswagen Amarok Launch Experience

At the end of last month, Miles Continental Volkswagen held an exclusive 2023 Volkswagen Amarok Launch Experience. Read on to find out more about the day.

On Sunday 28th May, valued Amarok guests of Miles Continental Volkswagen joined our team on an exclusive 2023 Volkswagen Amarok 4WD Launch Experience at Lake Coleridge Station. A first of its kind for Miles Continental Volkswagen, our Amarok convoy drove from West Melton through mid-Canterbury to Lake Coleridge Station. Guests were led across private farmland owned by Bruce Miles, with an opportunity to check out the true capabilities of the all-new 2023 Volkswagen Amarok.

The convoy began bright and early at the West Melton Community Centre, where our guests and their Amaroks met our team, caught up for a chat, completed health and safety checks, and were treated to a complimentary barista coffee supplied by the Crafty Coffee mobile van.

From there we led our Amarok convoy through Hororata and up to the Lake Coleridge Station – receiving a few compelled glances from passersby along the way! We met our Sales Manager, Alex and Property and Development Manager, Rowan at the homestead, who briefed the crew on what to expect from the journey through the station and some farm health and safety.

From the homestead, we set off along the farm track to the untouched Red Lakes, where we parked up our convoy and had a short walk down to the lake. Here, we met the Station Farm Manager, Mark Rose, who spoke about the Red Lakes along with general Station history, the landscape, area coverage, and day-to-day farm workings.

The remainder of the trek involved traversing over the station landscape, through streams, mud, and rocky slopes, and guests had the opportunity to see the capabilities of the new 2023 Volkswagen Amarok while capturing their own memories along the way and taking in the spectacular views of Lake Coleridge.

The day ended back at the Homestead for a BBQ feed and a chance to have a closer look at the new Volkswagen Amarok while discussing features and specifications with our team.
