Guest Feedback for Brittany
We were delighted to receive the below email from a guest; Volkswagen Tiguan owner John H. Thank you so much, John. This means a lot to Brittany, and also to our business as a whole. Brittany is a credit to our team and we are proud to be working with her.
“I am compelled to email you regarding the customer service I recently received from Service Advisor, Brittany Prentice. I had our Tiguan in for service on Friday and this young lady made the experience almost uplifting. Her down to earth, intelligent, gregarious and engaging nature is a real credit to her and I find her to be a real asset to your dealership. I also dealt with her some months ago when I had my Touareg in for service and her endeavours at that time were also exceptional. On that visit, she went out of her way to sort an issue with a loan car, for which I was very grateful. Her assistance at that time was such that I gave her a small gift to show my appreciation. Further, I was very impressed on this recent visit that she remembered many details about my vehicles from that earlier visit, which was over 8 months ago.
“I have worked with teenagers and young adults for over 40 years, watching the change in ethics and social norms over that time. In this day and age, it is very pleasing indeed to receive such outstanding service from a young professional. I believe in recognising young people, not to be patronising, but to acknowledge genuine effort, in this case outstanding customer service.
“To me, good customer service means following best practices like valuing customers’ time, quickly determining and working to meet the customers actual needs; having a pleasant attitude, and providing knowledgeable and useful resources. Great customer service, however, is that you also take things a step further, to exceed — rather than just meet — expectations. This is Brittany Prentice.”
