Norman’s New Volkswagen Tiguan

Just prior to the COVID-19 lockdown my wife and I purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan. We wanted to say that we are very pleased with the vehicle. It suits our needs, goes very well, and runs so quietly with little road noise. That, along with the tailgate release/open mechanism my wife wanted were two of the deciding factors.

We looked at a range of makes, Jaguar, Volvo, Audi, Skoda and others but decided none were as suitable for us as the Tiguan.

The customer service from Joe Altabano was first rate. I can’t stress this too highly. His polite and kind attitude along with his knowledge about the vehicle was excellent.

My wife commented on how polite and friendly all the staff we had contact with at Mikes Continental were. This was in stark contrast to the attitude of sales staff at two of the other firms we went to. The staff at those agencies put us off dealing with them straight away.
