After a long day exploring, there’s nothing better than returning to your new California to take things easy. The California Ocean’s interior transforms to sleep four adults quickly and easily. The rear bench folds down to create a double bed. Lifting the roof reveals a second spacious sleeping berth.

The California Ocean is the camper van that feels like a car. It comes with all the features that make it perfect for every journey. Innovative features such as Electronic Stability Control with Brake Assist, Hill Descent Control, Lane Change Assistant “Side Assist” and Mechanical Differential Lock all help retain traction, bring optimum handling and aid steering response when encountering those challenging surface conditions.

Engine technology and off-road capability.

The California is equipped with a 2.0L Bi-turbo 132kW/400Nm engine offering combined fuel consumption from only 8.8L per 100km. The 7-speed DSG gearbox allows for fully automatic gear changing with no interruption in power flow. Its 4MOTION permanent all-wheel drive, coupled with the DSG gearbox, distributes the torque between the front and rear axle to all four wheels as needed. The result: perfect hold on the road, no matter what the surface.
