ŠKODA Superb Scout

Meet the all-new ŠKODA Superb Scout

Seek adventure in the all-new ŠKODA Superb Scout.

The Superb has lived up to its name already, offering superior exterior design features, a spacious interior, and so much more. The Scout edition is bringing even more excitement to the range with its outdoor focused features and sleek design.

“ŠKODA has given the third-gen Superb a mid-life refresh with a bunch external tweaks, revised engines, a new transmission, some new tech and the addition of an all-new model to the line up – like the Octavia, the Superb now gets a jacked-up SUV-esque Scout version of the wagon.” Damien O’Carroll, Stuff.

If you’re looking for a sedan that’ll zip around the city on the weekdays and handle the drive to the trailhead on the weekend, the Scout is for you.

A Shortcut to Adventure.

The Scout is packed with modern amenities for the weekend warrior. Rarely can a wagon offer such versatility as the perfect vehicle for weekday work commutes, school drop offs, and the supermarket shop, while being perfect for a weekend adventure somewhere rugged.

The Scout comes standard with 4×4 drive, Rough Road Package, and Off-Road Mode.

Three different types of alloy wheels allow for customisation.

The 15mm of extra ride height help you traverse rocky terrain.

Interior comfort is equally important on a weekend adventure, and the Scout is not lacking in this department. “The leather and Alcantara seats are comfortably supportive and offer up an excellent driving position, while the interior itself is wonderfully well laid out, beautifully built and made from impressively high quality materials.”

Smooth and Fast Engine.

The all-new seven-speed DSG transmission is a highlight of the Superb Scout.

“Because as good as the Superb was to drive before with its older DSG, the new seven-speeder makes it even better again – noticeably faster shifts that are remarkably smooth and unobtrusive makes the Superb and even slicker open road devourer, while also being much smoother and refined at urban speeds,” Damien O’Carroll, Stuff.

The Scout offers the most powerful engine in the Superb range – a 200kW/350Nm 2.0 litre turbo four-cylinder petrol unit with serious fire. Between the updated transmission and engine, the Scout is packing a lot more than you’d expect from your typical wagon. But then again, the Scout is anything but typical.

Simply Clever. Truly.

“So does the Superb still live up to Skoda’s ‘simply clever’ subtitle? You’re kidding, right? It is literally the car that defined that statement in the first place, and continues to do so,” – Damien O’Carroll, Stuff.

Filled with the thoughtful touches that are synonymous with ŠKODA, you’ll be delighted with what the Superb Scout has to offer. The cooled glove department, Canton sound system, coat shelf in the boot, and many other features keep you comfortable and delighted.

The Adaptive Lights offer sophisticated safety and illumination technology. Using a rear-view camera that detects light sources from oncoming vehicles, the Matrix function of the full LED headlights masks out the high beam light distribution around them in real time with individually switchable LED chips in each headlight. The tail lights are also full LED and offer a dynamic rear indicator.

Safety Features are abound in the Superb Scout as well, with Front Assist with Predictive Pedestrian Protection, Side Assist, and many more.
