Our Volkswagen Retro Fridge competition winner.

Last month we ran a competition with a very cool prize. In fact, some might say ‘retro-cool’! The prize was a brand new Gorenje Retro special edition VW Bulli refrigerator. With an A+++ energy-efficiency rating, a capacity of 260L and with the latest food preservation technology, this is one special piece of kitchen technology! This long-awaited model finally arrived at Miles Continental this week and we were excited to get it to its new owner.

This iconic design had Volkswagen fans chomping at the bit to park it in their own kitchens, with a record number of entries coming through. However, there could only be one winner and we’re happy to announce that one lucky gentleman has now got his hands on a new Volkswagen fridge. Congratulations to Martin W. from Christchurch (pictured above with Christopher Willetts from our sales team. We hope you enjoy your one-of-a-kind fridge and that it takes pride of place in your home!

We also included one of these fridges with all Amaroks purchased in June. There are going to be some seriously pimped-out kitchens and man-caves out there.
