Welcoming a new make-over, the all-new Tiguan has undertaken a sportier, streamlined design that elevates both itself and the driver to new levels.

With powerful proportions and dynamic lines, the model’s all-new Tiguan features progressive highlights such as a sleek front section, with LED headlights, a muscular rear section with an LED light strip, and its own selection of new wheel rims to suit its fresh personality.

With more space than ever before, the all-new Tiguan provides “flexible” seating, meaning that the second row can be adjusted, moved, divided, or folded down.  So now, you have a total state of ease knowing that whatever you plan, the Tiguan has your back.

A height-adjustable luggage compartment floor allows you to now enjoy up to 1,650 litres of additional storage space. Whether you need the extra baggage room for a long weekend getaway or just a trip to the supermarket.

Drive Modes

Choose your own driving experience with the choice between sport and comfort modes, switching between them easily, whenever you like. For the first time, the Tiguan features a multifunction switch in the centre console that allows you to control driving profiles, drive modes, audio volume, and pre-configured “atmospheres”.

These innovative atmospheres blend lighting and sound to create distinct “moods,” matched with playlists from Spotify or Apple Music for a truly personalised experience. Choose from themes like “Lounge”, “Energetic”, “Joy”, “Minimal”, and “Me”.

The “Lounge” atmosphere envelops you in soft colours, gentle sounds, and classical music for relaxation, while the “Energetic” setting has vibrant colours, lively sounds, and upbeat tracks to energise your journey. You can also effortlessly manage these settings using Volkswagen’s voice control system, “Ida”, for a seamless, hands-free driving experience.

Park Assist Plus

If parking isn’t your thing, don’t worry – just hand it over to the all-new Tiguan “Park Assist Plus”. This feature not only determines if a parking space is big enough but can also park for you at speeds up to 40 km/h. It searches for suitable, free spots that include parallel spaces. When you’re ready to leave, it can drive out of the space and assist with any failed manoeuvres by completing the process.

Centre Airbag

The Centre Airbag is a recent innovation in vehicles, increasingly prioritising enhanced passenger safety. Positioned between the driver and front passenger seats, it aims to reduce collisions between occupants during side-impact crashes or rollovers by rapidly deploying during a collision, inflating to create a barrier. Studied have show that vehicles equipped centre airbags significantly reduce the severity of injuries, especially for occupants in the front.

Front Cross Traffic Alert

Front Cross Traffic Alert is a safety feature designed to help and assist drivers in detecting oncoming traffic and intersections, or during turns. The system scans the area in front of the vehicle to identify any approaching vehicles, pedestrians, or cyclists. It then alerts you to these potential hazards through both audible and visual warnings and can automatically apply braking if necessary. This system also works in helping with situations where hazards can be obscured by buildings, trees, or dense foliage.

Oncoming Vehicle Braking

Oncoming Vehicle Braking has been designed to aid drivers in possible collisions with oncoming vehicles at intersections, particularly when making left turns or crossing traffic. The new Tiguan system detects oncoming vehicles approaching where the driver intends to make a left turn or to cross traffic. If it determines that a collision is imminent and the driver has not taken action to avoid it, ‘Oncoming Vehicle Braking’ activates. This is done by providing the driver with audible and visual warnings, and if necessary, it automatically applies the brakes to mitigate or prevent the collision.

Dynamic Road Sign Display

Dynamic Road Sign Display shows the current road speed on the instrument cluster while you’re driving, and also provides both visual and audio warnings when this speed is exceeded.
