Volkswagen Dealer of the Year Awards
Volkswagen New Zealand has recognised and rewarded all-round excellence at its inaugural Volkswagen Dealer of the Year awards.
The gala event – held at the stunning St Matthews-in-the-City in Auckland – celebrated 21 winners within the Volkswagen Dealer network across a range of departments including Parts, Service, Passenger Sales and Commercial Sales before presenting top awards for Provincial Dealer of the Year, Metro Dealer of the Year and the overall Volkswagen Dealer of the Year.
Tom Ruddenklau, General Manager of Volkswagen New Zealand, explained that the event was an opportunity to celebrate not only success, but the delivery of the Volkswagen brand in our communities across New Zealand.
“The Dealer of the Year awards is a momentous occasion where we recognise just how important our people are. We are blessed with world class products from Volkswagen, however it is our dealer teams who ultimately make the difference and transform our business from being a company who delivers cars to a company who brings to life a customer relationship with the Volkswagen Brand.”
The Dealer of the Year is a global program which focuses on topline results, quality and delivery of brand experience.
Representatives from our Miles Continental Management Team were delighted to attend this fantastic evening in Auckland and we are extremely proud to say that Miles Continental Volkswagen came away with THREE awards! These awards are:
- Metro Service Department of the Year 2016
- Metro Passenger Sales Department of the Year 2016
- Metro Commercial Sales Department of the Year 2016
We were also the runner up for the Metro Dealer of the Year 2016!
We couldn’t be happier with these results and they are a shining accolade to our dedicated dealership team’s hard work and efforts, along with our incredible customers!
These awards have made us even more motivated to continue to provide excellent service to each and every customer of Miles Continental… and maybe we can even claim the coveted Metro Dealer of the Year award for 2017!
