    Great Loan Vehicle Availability

    Our loan vehicle availability is strong at the end of the week. We recommend dropping your vehicle off to us on the Friday afternoon, we’ll provide you with a modern loan vehicle for the evening to keep you moving, bookings are essential.

    Saturday Servicing Vibes

    A relaxing return back to the dealership the next day will see the completion of your vehicle’s service by midday, we’ll be sure to let you know what time your vehicle will be ready, so you can plan ahead and make the most of your Saturday. Many of our guests take the morning to enjoy local spots like Ballantynes, Riverside Market, Hagley Park, the Art Centre and everything else our amazing city has to offer. But, by all means, make yourself comfortable in our guest lounge. Coffee and Wi-Fi is a great foundation to put your feet up truly relax while we take care of your vehicle.

    Our technicians are trained by Volkswagen experts and use Genuine Parts, so that means we guarantee all Volkswagen work for two years.     Our spacious Service Centre is equipped with nine service bays, the latest diagnostic computer equipment available only to authorised dealers, and access to Volkswagen databases and other resources.

    Open 7:45am – 5.30pm each weekday, and 8.30am – 12.30am on Saturdays (bookings essential), and you’ll find our Service Reception located in our Volkswagen showroom with vehicle access from our 70 Tuam Street entrance (near the corner of Montreal Street).

    We know that servicing your vehicle can be a hassle, so we do our best to minimise the inconvenience to our customers as much as possible by offering a range of time-saving and hassle-free service options and facilities:
