Scheduled Service Plans

With Volkswagen Scheduled Services, your first three services are included with your new Volkswagen, and you’ll have the option extend to five services. This gives you peace of mind, full transparency of pricing, and added convenience for future maintenance.

A Volkswagen Service Plan guarantees your car is only serviced by factory-certified Volkswagen technicians, using approved genuine parts and the latest diagnostic equipment, ensuring your car is maintained to the highest standard.

A Volkswagen Scheduled Service Plan will cover all scheduled service items as set out in the Manufacturers Service Schedule. The standard items in each Scheduled Service include:

  • Labour
  • Genuine parts
  • Approved lubricants
  • A full diagnostic inspection
  • Any applicable software updates (excludes navigation software updates)
  • Sundries, which include items such as oil and waste recycling and or removal, workshop supplies etc

Additional items included in the Service Schedule that are time-based such as brake fluid replacement, gearbox oil change, pollen filter etc. will be included if their replacement becomes due whilst the vehicle is within the service plan eligibility period.
